Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons to secondary‑school students in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Conduct daily Qur’an reading and memorization sessions, ensuring proper tajweed and understanding of the verses.
- Design creative, interactive lesson plans that incorporate games, real‑life applications, and technology to stimulate student interest.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, then document progress in detailed reports.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help each student overcome learning challenges.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, critical thinking, and respectful interaction.
- Serve as a role model of Islamic etiquette, modest dress, and punctuality in prayer, reinforcing the values taught during lessons.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to align instructional strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Maintain classroom resources, organize learning materials, and ensure a safe, clean teaching environment.
Requirements
- Female Muslim applicant who observes the five daily prayers and adheres to modest, syar’i‑compliant attire.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience, preferably with secondary‑level mathematics or private tutoring.
- Strong proficiency in reading and reciting the Qur’an with correct tajweed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine love for working with children and adolescents.
- Ability to create engaging, student‑focused lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Full‑time availability: Monday – Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
