Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Binjai and surrounding districts through door‑to‑door visits, networking events, and local market analysis.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with merchants, distributors, and end‑users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, articulating value propositions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to help shape regional strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional manager, tracking progress via the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and service support for customers.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and community outreach.
- Maintain a personal motorbike for field visits, ensuring punctuality and reliability in reaching assigned territories.
- Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and complete the mandatory 12‑month contract period.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all candidates.
- Age: Maximum 28 years at the time of application.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a motorbike and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to sign a 12‑month initial contract and work a standard schedule of Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00.
