Introduction

The Partner Bisnis Regional – Binjai is a dynamic, field‑based marketing position that serves as a key growth engine for our organization in the North Sumatra region. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Binjai and surrounding districts through door‑to‑door visits, networking events, and local market analysis.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with merchants, distributors, and end‑users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, articulating value propositions tailored to each customer’s needs.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to help shape regional strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional manager, tracking progress via the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and service support for customers.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and community outreach.
  • Maintain a personal motorbike for field visits, ensuring punctuality and reliability in reaching assigned territories.
  • Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and complete the mandatory 12‑month contract period.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all candidates.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years at the time of application.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
  • Own a motorbike and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to sign a 12‑month initial contract and work a standard schedule of Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00.
