Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Engineer On‑site di Bali (Outsourcing) to join our dynamic IT services team. This full‑time position is based on the beautiful island of Bali and offers the chance to work directly with clients, manage critical network infrastructure, and ensure uninterrupted connectivity for a diverse portfolio of businesses. Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Maintain a standby shift schedule to guarantee 24/7 network availability and rapid incident response.
- Install, configure, and test networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Diagnose and resolve complex troubleshooting scenarios involving LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and OSI layer problems.
- Perform regular network health checks using monitoring tools and generate detailed performance reports.
- Document all configurations, changes, and incident resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams to implement upgrades, patches, and security hardening measures.
- Educate end‑users on best practices for network usage and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and be prepared to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
- Assist in the design and planning of network expansions, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including configuration of Cisco or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP suite, OSI model layers, and subnetting concepts.
- Familiarity with network security fundamentals such as firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists.
- Professional certifications preferred: MTCRE, MTCNA, or CCNA.
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including standby shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 and occasional after‑hours support.
