The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and organization of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring careful handling of pallets, cartons, and bulk items.
- Organize and arrange merchandise in designated storage zones according to the company’s layout standards and FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) principles.
- Assist the receiving team with verifying shipment documentation, checking product quantities, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks to confirm inventory accuracy and flag damaged or missing goods.
- Maintain a clean, hazard‑free warehouse floor by sweeping, disposing of waste, and ensuring aisles remain clear for forklift traffic.
- Support sorting, packing, and labeling activities for outbound orders, adhering to proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit.
- Securely store items in accordance with safety guidelines, including proper stacking heights and weight distribution.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team on daily briefings, share observations, and suggest process improvements that enhance speed and reliability.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, when authorized, forklifts under supervision.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, honest, and reliable.
- Good physical health and stamina to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Possession of a personal motorbike for commuting to the Karang Mulya site.
- Willingness to work on a daily‑contract basis (tenaga harian lepas).
- Basic literacy in Indonesian and the ability to follow written instructions.
- Soft skills: teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
