Introduction

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections, and supporting our broader credit management strategy. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable (A/R) that are overdue between 61 and 120 days, ensuring collections are processed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct outbound calls and send written communications to delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, updating account status and documenting customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to assess risk levels and recommend appropriate collection strategies for high‑risk accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on overdue portfolio performance, highlighting trends, escalations, and recovery rates for senior management.
- Work closely with the legal department when accounts require formal legal action or court proceedings.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with multi‑finance regulations, internal policies, and best practices in debt recovery.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams regarding common reasons for delinquency, helping to refine underwriting criteria.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, data privacy standards, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar collection or account management role; experience in multi‑finance or banking is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or loan management software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office nearest to the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
