Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to represent our premium granola brand during high‑energy events in Samarinda. As the face of our product, you will create memorable experiences, drive product awareness, and contribute to the overall success of our promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sell granola directly to event attendees.
- Provide free sampling of granola products, explaining nutritional benefits and usage ideas.
- Attract and engage foot traffic, answering questions and highlighting unique selling points.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing promotional booth or display area throughout the event.
- Track customer interactions and gather feedback to relay to the marketing team.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the event manager.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring product stock is replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with other SPGs and event staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive brand presence.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and brand guidelines while representing the company.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years, female.
- Previous experience as an SPG, SPB, or event promoter is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- High level of confidence, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Good attitude and a results‑driven mindset; comfortable meeting sales targets.
- Reside in or near Samarinda and be available for weekend shifts (Saturday‑Sunday) plus two weekdays.
- Flexibility to work varied event schedules, including early mornings or late evenings as required.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and recording sales data.
