Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan (Field Data Collection Officer) to join our growing finance and collections team. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled on‑site visits to customers for the purpose of billing and payment collection.
- Identify overdue accounts and provide clear, courteous reminders of payment obligations.
- Negotiate payment arrangements that align with company policies while seeking mutually beneficial solutions.
- Document each interaction accurately in the company’s CRM system, noting payment promises, objections, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with the central collections department to report trends, high‑risk accounts, and potential fraud indicators.
- Maintain a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C, ensuring reliable transportation to various customer locations.
- Adapt to changing schedules, route adjustments, and emerging regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- Provide feedback to senior management on common customer concerns, helping to refine billing processes and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid, active SIM C.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workload, routes, and client expectations.
- Basic understanding of financial and legal terminology related to debt collection.
- Zero to two years of work experience; fresh graduates with a motivated attitude are encouraged.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic office software for data entry.
