Responsibilities

- Customer Service
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in coordinating appointments, deliveries, and service requests.
- Resolve minor complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Staff Produksi (Production Staff)
- Support production line activities by preparing workstations and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all operations.
- Assist in assembling, packaging, and labeling products as directed.
- Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the shift leader.
- Participate in routine cleaning of production areas to ensure hygiene compliance.
- Helper Cleaning Service
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, countertops, and restroom fixtures.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing and window washing.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old are preferred, but we welcome candidates of all ages who meet the qualifications.

- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Basic technical support aptitude (Dukungan Teknis) to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and light manual tasks.
