Introduction

We are a leading FMCG distributor with a portfolio of well‑known consumer brands, operating from the strategic Pulo Gadung Industrial Zone. To strengthen our market presence in the Serang region, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong focus on business development. This full‑time role offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where ambition, discipline, and relationship‑building skills are rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the Serang territory, driving both volume and revenue growth.
  • Conduct daily visits to existing retailers, supermarkets, MTI outlets, and wholesale partners according to a pre‑planned schedule.
  • Identify and develop new accounts, expanding the distribution network and securing shelf space for our product range.
  • Maintain accurate call and visit reports, ensuring effective call rates and timely follow‑ups.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, providing product knowledge, promotional support, and after‑sales service.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to forecast demand, plan promotional activities, and execute market intelligence initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer preferences to propose actionable improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, price guidelines, and promotional standards while upholding brand integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG, consumer goods, or food product sales.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and maintaining stable employment history.
  • Deep familiarity with retail formats in Serang, including MTI, grocery, and wholesale channels.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Physical stamina to handle a demanding travel schedule; must own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
