Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team covering the Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan region. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our electronic data capture (EDC) solutions, helping small and medium enterprises (UMKM) modernize their payment processes. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing activities targeting UMKM across Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines.
- Achieve a minimum sales target of 2–3 EDC units per day, tracking progress against individual and team quotas.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and address any concerns to facilitate smooth onboarding of new merchants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to coordinate promotional events and ensure post‑sale service quality.
- Identify market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
- Manage personal schedule effectively, planning routes to maximize coverage while adhering to the work hours of 08:00–17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Uphold the company’s brand reputation by delivering professional, courteous, and ethical service at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, financial services, or B2B solutions.
- Transportation: Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid SIM C license.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, basic analytical skills for sales reporting, high level of self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Personal Attributes: Goal‑oriented, resilient under pressure, customer‑focused, and capable of building trust quickly with small business owners.
