Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Penagihan Lapangan to join our team in Bitung on an immediate basis. This role is a critical part of our field collection operations, supporting the financial health of our portfolio by engaging directly with customers, managing overdue accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with our treasury, sales, and warehouse departments, acting as the frontline representative of our brand while delivering professional, courteous service to our borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review the daily visitation schedule, planning routes efficiently to cover the assigned geographic area.
- Visit customers in person to remind them of upcoming payment due dates, providing clear explanations of the consequences of missed payments.
- Conduct collection activities for accounts with arrears ranging from 1 to 60 days, documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- When necessary, coordinate the lawful repossession of vehicles financed by Adira, ensuring that all legal and administrative paperwork is complete, accurate, and validated before any action is taken.
- Transfer collected cash to the designated teller, and hand over any repossessed vehicles to the warehouse, accompanied by full supporting documentation.
- Promote and demonstrate the use of the Adiraku mobile application to customers, encouraging digital payment of installments and providing basic troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of collection outcomes, payment receipts, and any disputes, feeding this information back to the credit control team for further analysis.
- Collaborate with the legal department on any escalated cases that may require formal notices or court proceedings.
- Participate in weekly briefing sessions to share field insights, challenges, and best practices with peers and supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s code of conduct, data privacy policies, and all applicable financial regulations throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collections, credit control, or a related financial services role.
- Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes, including legal repossession procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Bitung area on a daily basis.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily visitation targets.
