Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Laundry Operasional dan Penanganan Kebersihan to join our fast‑growing laundry and hygiene services team. This role is essential in delivering high‑quality laundry solutions to both residential and corporate customers, ensuring every garment is treated with care, cleanliness, and professionalism. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a supportive team while interacting directly with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify garments from customers, ensuring accuracy of items and any special instructions.
- Execute washing cycles in accordance with established standard operating procedures, using appropriate detergents and temperature settings.
- Operate drying equipment and perform meticulous ironing to achieve a crisp, presentable finish.
- Fold, package, and label cleaned items before handing them back to the customer.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including regular sanitation of machines, tools, and surfaces.
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee that laundry results are spotless, fragrant, and neatly presented.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor complaints on the spot.
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and shift handovers.
- Support team members during peak periods to meet daily production targets and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and safe operation of machinery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preferred).
- Age: Open, with emphasis on productive, energetic individuals.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help colleagues.
- Proficient in ironing and garment handling.
- Willingness to work rotating shift schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 07:00‑17:00).
- Prior experience in laundry operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer interactions and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage daily targets, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
