Introduction
BRI Life, a leading provider of life and health insurance solutions in Indonesia, is expanding its Bancassurance footprint in South Kalimantan. We are seeking a motivated Advisor Bancassurance (BFA) to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position will operate from Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers a unique opportunity to grow a career in insurance sales, customer relationship management, and financial advisory within a reputable financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain all required agency licenses, certifications, and registrations in accordance with Indonesian law and the regulations of the supervising authority.
- Promote, market, and close sales of BRI Life insurance products—including life, health, education, and wealth protection plans—while ensuring compliance with product guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to national legislation, the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) code of ethics, and BRI Life’s internal policies, both written and verbal.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales productivity targets set by the management team.
- Uphold BRI Life’s business ethics and agency conduct standards, demonstrating professionalism in all client interactions.
- Issue policies to policyholders, accurately archive receipt documents, and manage all sales‑related paperwork for assigned client portfolios.
- Provide clear, truthful information to prospective and existing policyholders, answering queries about coverage, benefits, and claims processes.
- Conduct thorough underwriting reviews, verify applicant data, and witness the signing of insurance applications to ensure data integrity.
- Assist clients in profiling their financial needs, matching appropriate insurance solutions to meet those needs, and recommending suitable product mixes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a harmonious work environment, supporting team initiatives and adhering to office discipline.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and compliance briefings to stay current with market trends and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
