Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – a D3 or S1 degree is considered an advantage.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, work swiftly, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for networking and building rapport.
- Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and consistent personal integrity.
- Demonstrated work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to be placed at any of our operational sites as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
