We are currently seeking an energetic and results‑driven Promotor Sales Lapangan – Tim Penjualan to join our dynamic sales team at our Depo SS Bangunan facility in Tasikmalaya. This frontline role is critical for driving product visibility, expanding market share, and ensuring that our inventory remains fully stocked to meet customer demand. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and be motivated by achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting products to retailers, contractors, and end‑users.
- Conduct regular inventory opname to verify stock levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Maintain optimal product availability on the sales floor, ensuring that shelves are well‑filled and displays are attractive.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers through effective communication and follow‑up.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand awareness.
- Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on field observations.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Height: Minimum 158 cm.
- Gender: All genders accepted.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, construction supplies, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and selling skills; ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Analytical abilities such as competitor analysis, retail analytics, and sales performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
- Complete COVID‑19 vaccination record (three doses).
- Willingness to be stationed at the Depo SS Bangunan address: Jl. Mayor S. L. Tobing No. 127‑132, Linggajaya, Kec. Mangkubumi, Kab. Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat 46181.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
