Introduction

Artaboga, a leading distributor of consumer goods in Indonesia, is expanding its sales force in the Kabupaten Garut region. We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Kanvasing representatives. This role focuses on direct, door‑to‑door sales and route‑based distribution of our product portfolio to retail stores and end‑customers. Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes across Kabupaten Garut, visiting assigned retail outlets and potential customers to promote and sell Artaboga products.
  • Introduce new product lines, explain features and benefits, and provide product demonstrations when appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage inventory on‑hand, monitor stock levels at each outlet, and coordinate replenishment orders with the central warehouse.
  • Accurately record sales transactions, update customer information, and submit daily sales reports using the company’s mobile ERP system.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to customers, ensuring they are well‑informed about value‑added offers.
  • Maintain optimal product presentation in stores, including merchandising standards, shelf placement, and promotional material placement.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the regional sales team.
  • Provide feedback from the field to the marketing and product development teams to help refine future offerings.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards while representing the brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Zero to two years of prior sales or customer‑service experience (training will be provided).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse customers.
  • Quick adaptation to new routes, products, and market conditions.
  • Basic administrative abilities, including accurate record‑keeping and report preparation.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable motorbike for daily route coverage.
