Introduction
We are a fast‑growing food & beverage (F&B) brand seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our sales team as Crew Penjualan Outlet (Tim Penjualan). This frontline position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, driving sales, and representing the brand’s values of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic outlet environment, collaborating with both teammates and management to achieve daily targets while maintaining the highest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend menu items to maximize satisfaction and average transaction value.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing outlet, including regular table setting, floor cleaning, and product display upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and packaging supplies; report shortages and assist in stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and address any special customer requests.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate complex issues to the outlet manager.
- Participate in daily briefings, share sales insights, and contribute ideas for promotional activities or menu enhancements.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal grooming standards.
- Perform multitasking duties such as taking orders, serving, and managing the checkout line during peak hours.
- Support promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal events to boost foot traffic and repeat business.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as per operational policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a sales or front‑of‑house role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and courteously with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Professional appearance: well‑groomed, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Excellent multitasking capabilities; comfortable handling high‑volume periods without compromising service quality.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with store management software.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during special events.
