Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products at partner retail locations, ensuring customers understand the benefits and application process.
- Leverage social media platforms to showcase financing options, share success stories, and generate leads for in‑store consultations.
- Guide customers through the end‑to‑end payment journey, from eligibility assessment to transaction completion, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a professional and attractive appearance that reflects the brand’s standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone to access sales tools, capture customer data, and update transaction records in real time.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit support staff to address any service issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the outlet’s revenue goals and earning performance‑based incentives.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to stay current on new offerings and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with prior sales or customer service experience are preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in retail sales, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey complex financing concepts in simple terms.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Professional, tidy appearance and a friendly demeanor that resonates with a diverse customer base.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for accessing sales applications and social media tools.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets across Batam, including both street‑level locations and shopping malls.
- Open to working a full schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
