Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Online to manage and streamline our digital systems and marketplace presence. This full‑time, contract position (minimum 4 months) is based in Tasikmalaya and offers a dynamic environment where you will support day‑to‑day operations, coordinate social media activities, and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. If you are detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and popular online platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets, databases, and documentation using MS Word and Excel.
  • Monitor and manage company accounts on social media and marketplace platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and others.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound communications, responding promptly to customer inquiries and internal requests.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and marketing metrics.
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle order processing, verification, and follow‑up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the procurement process by maintaining supplier records and tracking purchase orders.
  • Implement and uphold office cleanliness standards and maintain an organized digital filing system.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical, solution‑focused improvements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on administrative tasks and offering insight on workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age 25 years, unmarried.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; must not be currently enrolled in higher education.
  • Residency in Tasikmalaya City.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or digital platform experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong familiarity with social media and marketplace tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: polite, solution‑oriented, clean‑presented, initiative‑driven, and quick‑acting.
  • Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Reliable internet connection and basic computer hardware for remote system access.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
