Introduction

This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are collected promptly and professionally. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with sales, underwriting, and legal departments to achieve collection targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue account collection, from identification to resolution, ensuring all actions are completed within established timeframes.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R reports, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and potential write‑offs for senior management.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal notices, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Coordinate with the legal team to initiate appropriate legal actions when necessary, while striving to achieve amicable settlements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the collection management system, documenting all communications and agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting departments to provide feedback on credit quality and suggest improvements to underwriting policies.
- Achieve individual and team collection targets, contributing to the overall financial health of Adira Finance.
- Provide regular status updates to supervisors and propose process enhancements to increase collection efficiency.
- Uphold the company’s code of ethics, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect in all borrower interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent); recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates, aged 29 – 30 years maximum.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit, or a related financial role; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales‑oriented communication, B2C sales management, and target‑driven performance.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to the local domicile requirements of Adira Finance.
