We are seeking a motivated Teknisi Counter Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail electronics team. This role combines technical expertise in electronics with front‑line customer interaction, ensuring that shoppers receive accurate product advice, swift troubleshooting, and a seamless purchasing experience. Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the sales counter by answering technical questions about audio‑video and electronic products.
- Perform on‑site diagnostics and basic repairs of consumer electronics, ensuring devices are functional before sale.
- Demonstrate product features, set up equipment for in‑store demos, and guide customers through proper usage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts, accessories, and display units.
- Process sales transactions, issue warranties, and handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and marketing teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in consumer electronics, audio‑visual technology, and emerging smart home solutions.
- Ensure the sales counter and surrounding area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide post‑sale support, including troubleshooting over the phone or via email, and arrange service appointments when needed.
- Document all service activities in the internal CRM system, highlighting recurring issues and potential product improvements.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 30 years old (gender inclusive policy also welcomes all qualified applicants).
- Minimum education: SMK (Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Audio‑Video, or related field; D3/D4 preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in electronics repair, retail sales, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of basic electronics principles, circuit troubleshooting, and audio‑visual equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical customers.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional events.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and logistics departments.
