Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist – Business Development to join our fast‑growing team. This role focuses on driving revenue for our construction‑materials portfolio through both B2B and B2C channels. The successful candidate will work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to invoicing and collections. Responsibilities
- Execute all marketing and sales activities, including canvassing, client visits, proposal preparation, negotiation, order monitoring, and billing, in line with the company’s strategic plan.
- Introduce and promote the complete product range to private and government construction contractors, as well as to retail outlets such as building‑material stores and distributors.
- Prepare accurate activity reports, highlighting challenges and achievements on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Develop and nurture a targeted sales network, converting identified prospects into loyal customers.
- Take full ownership of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of all invoices.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets agreed upon with management, contributing to overall company growth.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate a positive attitude, and represent the brand with integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, finance, and product development—to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose improvements to the sales strategy.
- Participate in regular training sessions and industry events to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
- Zero to two years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in reporting and invoice management.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
