The position of Mitra Program Penawaran Denda di Bireun is a field‑oriented role focused on offering payment settlements to customers who have outstanding fines that are nearing full repayment. This role is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow and customer satisfaction by providing clear, respectful, and solution‑driven communication. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between the company and its clients, helping to resolve financial obligations while upholding the organization’s reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Approach customers who have cleared a portion of their fines and present clear, attractive settlement options.
- Conduct on‑site visits across Bireun and surrounding areas, utilizing a company‑provided motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
- Maintain accurate records of each negotiation, including agreed payment terms, follow‑up dates, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to ensure settlement offers comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets, reporting progress to the team leader.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve the settlement process and suggest enhancements to the program.
- Demonstrate high integrity by handling sensitive financial information confidentially.
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen negotiation techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials or scripts used during field interactions.
- Support other field staff during peak periods or special campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to debt resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle and a current SIM C license.
- Strong personal integrity and a “never give up” attitude.
- Willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset, resilient, honest, and accountable.
- Basic understanding of debt collection processes and the ability to explain financial terms clearly.
