Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staff Administrasi Penjualan dan Pemasaran to join our growing team in Bekasi. This hybrid role blends the analytical rigor of sales administration with the creative drive of marketing, supporting both the Sales and Marketing departments in achieving revenue targets and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Marketing Staff Duties
    • Identify and prospect new customers across targeted industries, using market research, cold‑calling, and networking events.
    • Prepare and present detailed price quotations, negotiate terms, and secure sales agreements that align with company profitability goals.
    • Coordinate sampling schedules with clients, ensuring timely delivery of product samples and follow‑up feedback collection.
    • Monitor project progress from quotation to delivery, confirming that the final product meets client specifications and quality standards.
    • Assist the Marketing Manager in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer purchasing patterns to refine promotional strategies.
    • Develop digital flyers, social media posts, and other marketing collateral that highlight product benefits and upcoming campaigns.
    • Maintain a CRM system with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals, enabling efficient pipeline management.
  • Admin Sales Duties
    • Collect, validate, and archive sales data from field representatives, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
    • Support the Marketing Manager by preparing sales performance reports, trend analyses, and customer segmentation dashboards.
    • Conduct regular follow‑up with repeat customers to gauge satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
    • Organize and execute customer satisfaction surveys, compiling insights that inform service improvements.
    • Design and distribute digital flyers, newsletters, and internal communications to promote sales initiatives and product launches.
    • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to verify that orders are fulfilled on schedule and that any post‑sale service is documented.
  • General Duties
    • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations, particularly those related to chemical handling and environmental protection.
    • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including R&D, production, and finance—to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales orders.
    • Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation required by senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree). Preferred fields: Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related administrative roles. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
  • Valid SIM A (driver’s license) is an advantage for client visits and field activities.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software or data‑analysis tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Team‑oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
