Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team in the Kab. Kutai Kartanegara area. This role focuses on acquiring new micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) as users of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, a critical component of the region’s growing digital payment ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for sales with strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to meet daily acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled visits to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC solutions.
  • Achieve a daily acquisition target of 2–3 new merchant accounts by effectively qualifying prospects and closing sales.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential merchants using a CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and demonstrations that address each merchant’s specific payment processing needs.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation of EDC devices.
  • Provide post‑sale support, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services such as mobile wallets or loyalty programs.
  • Analyze daily sales data and market trends to recommend adjustments to sales tactics and territory coverage.
  • Represent the company at local business events, trade fairs, and community gatherings to raise brand awareness.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies, including proper handling of customer data.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: All genders welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or technology.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily targets.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
