Responsibilities

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and manage recycling according to company waste‑segregation policies.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, keyboards, and shared equipment to reduce the spread of germs.
- Restock bathroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report any shortages to the facilities supervisor.
- Inspect facilities for any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, safety hazards) and document findings for prompt resolution.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks during peak periods and ensure timely completion of all cleaning assignments.
- Maintain cleaning logs and report completed work to the shift manager at the end of each day.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing, as scheduled.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of prior cleaning or facilities‑maintenance experience; a background in hospitality or office cleaning is a plus.
