Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, and smoke tests on new and existing applications across web, mobile, and desktop environments.
- Develop and follow detailed test cases and scenarios derived from product specifications and user stories.
- Identify, log, and track bugs or defects using a standardized issue‑tracking system, providing clear reproduction steps and severity assessments.
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify issues, reproduce bugs, and verify fixes during re‑testing cycles.
- Prepare concise and well‑structured test reports that summarize test coverage, defect trends, and overall product quality.
- Maintain test environments, including browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) and test data, to ensure consistent and repeatable testing conditions.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups and sprint planning meetings to align testing activities with development timelines.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices relevant to the financial services sector.
- Assist in the creation of automated test scripts as the team matures its automation framework (optional for entry‑level).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for graduates in RPL, TKJ, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Strong interest in information technology, particularly software and application development.
- Proficiency with computers, internet browsing, and common productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Basic understanding of software concepts, web and mobile application fundamentals, and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with testing terminology such as bug, error, test case, and test scenario; knowledge of QA processes is a plus.
- Ability to work methodically, paying close attention to detail, and maintaining patience during repetitive testing cycles.
- Logical and systematic thinking, with the capacity to analyze problems and propose clear solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with developers and other team members.
- Self‑motivation to learn new tools and techniques; willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must own a personal laptop capable of running testing tools and accessing remote environments.
- Eligibility to work on‑site (WFO) at the Adira Finance head office, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
- Open to candidates of any gender, aged up to 30 years, with no prior professional experience required.
