Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive skin and body assessments to determine client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to facial rejuvenation, micro‑needling, laser therapy, and body contouring, following the salon’s hi‑tech protocols.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and calibrated according to industry regulations.
- Provide personalized after‑care advice and product recommendations to maximize treatment results and client satisfaction.
- Document each client’s treatment plan, progress, and feedback in the salon’s digital management system.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, technologies, and best practices through regular training sessions and industry webinars.
- Collaborate with other therapists, stylists, and front‑desk staff to create a seamless client experience.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional events, workshops, and client education programs.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
