Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, prompt, and professional assistance to customers both in‑person and via phone or chat.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Monitor shelf displays, replenish stock, and arrange merchandise to maximize visual appeal.
- Verify price tags, check for expired items, and ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and resolve any operational issues.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring concerns to management for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to shift schedules, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory updates, email communication, and reporting.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preferred) or male candidates meeting the same criteria.
- Age: 18 – 24 years.
- Education: Minimum high school (SMU/SMK) or a Diploma (D3/DI) in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS software).
- Willingness to work full‑time shifts, including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail for product labeling, expiration checks, and store presentation.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
