Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Motoris – Penjualan Kendaraan Bermotor to join our dynamic distribution team. This position is a cornerstone of our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) motor sales channel, where you will act as the face of the company on the road, building relationships with dealers, retailers, and end‑customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in motor sales, a valid SIM C, and a passion for delivering exceptional service while achieving aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new retail and wholesale customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase the features and benefits of our motor vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies to secure sales and maximize margin.
- Maintain a daily route plan, ensuring timely visits to all designated outlets and adherence to the 08:00‑17:00 work schedule.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the sales manager.
- Process sales orders, coordinate delivery logistics with the warehouse team, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics through the CRM system.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and promotional events to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and roadshows to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all.
- Age: Up to 37 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a motor sales representative in the FMCG sector.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a demanding travel schedule.
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications and CRM tools (experience with AVR a plus).
- Willingness to join the team quickly and adapt to evolving market conditions.
