Introduction

The successful candidate will be the operational heartbeat of the hub, ensuring that every parcel moves smoothly from pick‑up to final delivery. Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee timely delivery of goods, overseeing the full journey from collection to customer receipt.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize shipments.
- Implement loss‑prevention measures to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels, conducting root‑cause analysis when issues arise.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring data integrity in the logistics management system.
- Supervise inbound and outbound workflows, balancing capacity, routing efficiency, and labor allocation.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for First Mile and Last Mile operations, aligning with corporate quality standards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as on‑time delivery rate, damage rate, and cost per shipment.
- Collaborate with the planning department to forecast demand, schedule resources, and adjust routes in response to seasonal fluctuations.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with First Mile and Last Mile operations, including parcel handling and delivery routing.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Demonstrated leadership skills: ability to train, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) methodology, logistics cost analysis, and performance analytics.
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Bulik, Kab. Lamandau, Central Kalimantan.
