Introduction
TSM Bandung is seeking a dynamic and service‑focused Service Consultant – Kasir & Frontliner to join our growing hospitality and wellness team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of professionalism and care that define our brand. The successful candidate will balance front‑desk duties, cash handling, and client scheduling while maintaining a polished appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and receive clients at the front desk with a friendly, courteous attitude.
- Provide clear and detailed information about available products, treatments, and promotional packages.
- Register new and returning clients into the system, ensuring all personal and medical information is accurately captured.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and handling appointment bookings.
- Create and maintain treatment schedules, coordinating with therapists and service providers to optimize resource utilization.
- Process client transactions efficiently, operating the cash register and POS system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Conduct regular stock‑take and inventory checks for treatment supplies, ensuring adequate levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and updating Excel spreadsheets for management review.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary while striving for rapid resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and ensure all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Support promotional events and special campaigns by preparing registration lists and assisting with on‑site logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 in any field is a plus.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience as a frontliner in hospitality, beauty clinic, or gym environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cash registers and POS systems with accuracy.
- Strong service orientation, disciplined work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable, with a keen eye for inventory management.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the brand’s standards.

- Flexibility to work the stated schedule (08:00‑17:00) and adapt to shift changes when required.
