Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Crew Outlet – Penanggung Jawab Operasional Toko to join our fast‑growing food & beverage (FnB) outlet located in the vibrant city of Batu, Pesanggrahan. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the store, from opening to closing, while delivering a memorable experience to every guest. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong physical stamina, and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire outlet operation, ensuring opening and closing procedures are executed flawlessly.
- Prepare raw materials, set up equipment, and verify that all workstations are ready for service.
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulations.
- Deliver friendly, courteous service that aligns with company SOPs and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Accurately record material usage, prepare daily sales reports, and document operational metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, uphold quality standards, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Assist in training new staff on hygiene practices, equipment handling, and customer service protocols.
- Participate in periodic audits and contribute ideas for process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Adapt to shift schedules, working Tuesday through Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00, and remain flexible for occasional weekend or holiday coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–26 years, with a productive and energetic mindset.
- At least 1 year of experience in the FnB industry; fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are also welcome.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Physical endurance to stand for long periods and perform tasks quickly and accurately.
- Honesty, discipline, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively during shift rotations.
- Preferably residing in Batu; candidates with local domicile will be prioritized.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and familiarity with food service software are advantageous.
