Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive – Personal Care Products to join our fast‑growing distribution team in Blitar. In this role, you will be the front‑line champion for our portfolio of personal care and cosmetic brands, driving sales growth across Pareto and wholesale outlets. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of distribution logistics with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is eager to contribute to a thriving market segment while developing a rewarding career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales processes to achieve and exceed revenue targets at Pareto and wholesale outlets.
- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network, ensuring product availability and optimal shelf placement across assigned territories.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment orders, and collaborate with logistics teams to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Collect and verify customer orders, prepare accurate invoices, and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, gather market intelligence, and report competitive activities to the regional manager.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate promotional terms, and execute in‑store marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local trade laws during all sales activities.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, product launches, and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma in any field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry, preferably with a leading Indonesian brand.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of distribution operations, including order processing, inventory management, and cash‑flow cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals with retail and wholesale customers.
- High level of self‑motivation, adaptability, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak promotional periods.
