The successful candidate will act as the primary bridge between our engineering team, dealers, contractors, architects, and end‑users, ensuring that product value is clearly communicated and sales targets are consistently achieved. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for water heater products targeting both residential and commercial construction projects.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities through systematic market research, competitor analysis, and on‑site canvassing.
- Present product solutions to project owners, consultants, contractors, and architects, tailoring proposals to meet specific project requirements and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision‑makers in the building material and HVAC sectors.
- Coordinate with internal technical and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth project hand‑over, installation support, and post‑sale service.
- Track sales performance against monthly and annual targets, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Organize product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for partners to increase brand awareness and technical competence.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
- Travel regularly to project sites, trade shows, and industry events, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in sales, marketing, or technical fields is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the Building Materials or HVAC industry, with a focus on project‑based sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Creative, proactive, and quick to learn new product technologies and market trends.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for on‑site visits.
- Willingness to conduct canvassing and direct visits to contractors, project owners, and other relevant parties as required.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:30, with occasional extended hours for critical project deadlines.
