Responsibilities
- Process all customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the Qasir POS system, including cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming cashier area, ensuring that receipts, bags, and promotional materials are stocked.
- Verify the accuracy of each transaction, reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Deliver friendly, courteous service, answering product inquiries, offering suggestions, and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Assist with daily inventory checks for bakery items, report low stock to the procurement team, and help with restocking shelves when needed.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including securing the cash register, turning off POS equipment, and ensuring the store meets safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow team members during peak periods, such as weekend brunches or promotional events, to maintain smooth operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, hygiene standards, and customer‑service best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, residing in Tangerang Selatan or nearby areas.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a retail cashier or in a similar customer‑service role.
- Strong mathematical ability and proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems, preferably Qasir.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and politely.
- High level of honesty, meticulousness, and responsibility in handling cash and confidential information.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Team‑player attitude with the capacity to work independently when required.
