Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable female candidates for a seasonal Kasir Musiman Lebaran – Penjualan Ritel position. This role is vital during the high‑traffic Lebaran shopping period, when our retail outlets experience a surge in customer flow. The successful applicant will join a dynamic team that values honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. The position is based in Ambulu and surrounding areas, offering a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital payments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve minor issues on the spot, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including regular cash drawer reconciliations and end‑of‑day reporting.
- Assist with inventory checks during peak periods, alerting supervisors to low‑stock items or discrepancies.
- Support promotional activities such as flash sales, discount applications, and loyalty program enrollment.
- Collaborate with sales floor staff to manage queue flow, especially during the busy Lebaran rush, minimizing wait times.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, data security, and health & safety regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns, helping to improve service standards for future seasons.
Requirements
- Female candidate, minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Preferably has prior experience as a cashier in a retail environment, though motivated newcomers are also considered.
- Resides in Ambulu or nearby districts to ensure reliable attendance.
- Demonstrates honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure during high‑volume periods while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, including occasional overtime during peak sales days.
