Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Konsultan Penjualan (SPG/SPB) to join our growing team in Denpasar. This role is pivotal in driving our merchant‑credit platform adoption by guiding customers through credit applications, onboarding them onto our mobile application, and delivering an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven sales or promotional background and a passion for helping customers navigate financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in initiating and completing credit applications at partner merchants or retail outlets.
- Educate and direct customers on the benefits and usage of the company’s mobile application.
- Guide customers step‑by‑step through the registration process, ensuring all required documentation is correctly submitted.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities to upsell additional financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with store managers and merchant partners to schedule promotional events and in‑store demonstrations.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer pain points and feature requests.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, compliance requirements, and sales techniques.
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor that reflects the company’s brand values at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, friendly, and highly motivated with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
