To support our growing production line, we are looking for a skilled Pengrajin Kayu dan Perakitan Furniture (Woodcraft and Furniture Assembly Specialist). Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to accurately cut, shape, and assemble wooden components.
- Operate and maintain cutting machines, including CNC routers and manual saws, ensuring precision and safety.
- Select and work with various materials such as multipleks (plywood) and HPL, applying appropriate finishing techniques.
- Assemble furniture pieces according to company standards, performing quality checks at each stage of production.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality‑control teams to resolve any discrepancies between design intent and manufacturability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to occupational health and safety protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets, managing time effectively to meet client deadlines.
- Support junior staff or apprentices by sharing expertise and providing on‑the‑job training.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or shift adjustments when project demands require extra effort.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the client’s operational policy.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in woodworking, furniture fabrication, or a related field.
- Proficiency with multipleks and HPL materials, including cutting, sanding, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Hands‑on experience operating cutting machines (e.g., CNC, panel saws) and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a track record of meeting strict deadlines.
- Preference given to candidates with specialized furniture assembly expertise.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (09:00‑16:00).
- Effective verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, facilitating clear interaction with supervisors and peers.
- Age limit: maximum 40 years.
