Introduction
The Officer Pemasaran Kredit position is based in Cilegon, serving the broader Jabodetabekser region. This role is a pivotal part of our credit marketing team, responsible for expanding the reach of our financial products to both existing and new customers. As a front‑line representative, you will act as the bridge between our credit solutions and the market, ensuring that prospective borrowers receive clear, accurate information and a smooth application experience. Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and promote the company’s credit products to existing customers and potential new clients through various channels.
- Generate and secure orders from distribution partners, initiating data collection, verifying information, and completing all required documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, including due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for successful loan servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk management, and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market briefings to stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Utilize personal transportation and a valid SIM A/C to visit client sites, conduct face‑to‑face meetings, and attend regional sales events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
- Open to fresh graduates; a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar credit marketing role is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess customer eligibility and assist in the documentation verification process.
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C).
- Flexibility to work in locations that align with the candidate’s domicile within the Jabodetabekser area.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM or credit management systems is preferred.
