Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Helper to join our dynamic team at our Tangerang location. Our company operates in the manufacturing and logistics sector, serving a broad range of clients across Indonesia. As a Helper, you will be a vital part of the operational backbone, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of production areas, warehouses, and common spaces.
- Support senior technicians and supervisors by preparing tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Perform routine basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, lubrication, and equipment checks.
- Transport goods within the facility using manual carts or forklifts (if certified).
- Follow safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and report any hazards.
- Help with inventory management by labeling, counting, and organizing stock.
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as filing documents or delivering messages.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and report progress to supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical or vocational background is a plus.
- Gender: Male candidates only, in accordance with local labor regulations for this role.
- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar helper or labor‑intensive position.
- Legal Documents: Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) and any other required permits.
- Skills: Good verbal communication, basic numeracy, ability to follow instructions, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Personal Qualities: Reliable, punctual, physically fit, and enthusiastic about contributing to team goals.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
