Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our growing marketing team in Magelang. This role is designed for a creative individual who lives and breathes social media, understands the nuances of platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and can translate trending topics into compelling visual and written content. As a key member of our brand‑building effort, you will help shape the voice of the company, increase audience engagement, and support sales and brand‑awareness goals across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local events in the Magelang region.
- Produce high‑quality graphics, short‑form videos, reels, and TikTok clips using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar editing software.
- Write engaging copy for captions, stories, and posts that reflect the brand’s tone while incorporating SEO‑friendly keywords.
- Monitor platform analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rates) and generate weekly performance reports to inform future content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency of messaging and to gather assets needed for campaigns.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms; proactively suggest new formats or channels.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and user‑generated content, fostering a sense of community.
- Assist in the ideation and execution of influencer partnerships, contests, and user‑generated content initiatives.
- Ensure all content complies with local regulations, copyright standards, and the company’s brand guidelines.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas that keep the brand relevant and exciting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 21 and 30 years old; female candidates are preferred for this position.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other visual‑first platforms; ability to navigate analytics dashboards.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and trend spotting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent projects.
- Proficiency in graphic‑design or video‑editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Rush, CapCut).
- Basic understanding of content strategy development and audience segmentation.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
