Introduction
Kredivo, a leading “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) platform in Indonesia, is expanding its footprint in the Bangka region. We are seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo for the Sungai Liat area. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will introduce millions of consumers to a convenient, secure, and flexible payment solution that empowers them to shop now and settle later.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing users, understanding their purchasing needs and recommending Kredivo as the preferred payment method.
- Continuously deepen product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and compliance guidelines, then communicate these benefits in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations and presentations of the Kredivo mobile application, highlighting its ease of use, security protocols, and repayment options.
- Address user inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide clear guidance on app navigation, credit limits, and repayment schedules.
- Achieve daily acquisition and activation targets, accurately log activities, and submit performance reports to the regional manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative ecosystem for Kredivo adoption.
- Gather market insights and feedback, sharing observations with the product team to help refine the service for local users.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales workshops, and community events to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Residency in Bangka (Sungai Liat or surrounding districts) with reliable transportation.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with a passion for fintech are welcome.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and basic app navigation.
- First dose of COVID‑19 vaccination completed (additional health certifications are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Team player with a results‑driven mindset and a willingness to meet or exceed daily targets.
