Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Toko to join our dynamic retail team. This full‑time position is based in a high‑traffic store that serves a diverse customer base ranging from millennials to Gen Z shoppers. As a front‑line team member, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring product availability, and delivering exceptional service both in‑store and through online channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a minimum high school education, a strong work ethic, and a passion for retail.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Execute merchandising plans by arranging products according to SOPs and planograms, ensuring optimal visual appeal.
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and product recommendations.
- Prepare and fulfill customer orders for both online and offline purchases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and retain product knowledge, staying current on new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal items.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including receiving shipments, logging stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Assist in planning and executing in‑store promotions, product launches, and sales events to drive revenue.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, communicating clearly and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate strong time‑management skills by balancing multiple duties during the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift, Monday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; currently not enrolled in higher education.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a store setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to fast‑paced changes.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help shoppers find the right products.
- High energy, attention to detail, and excellent time‑management abilities.
- Integrity, honesty, and a sense of responsibility in handling cash and store assets.
- Proficiency with basic store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise safely.
