Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Maintenance Site Operasional dan Pengawasan to join our growing operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our infrastructure sites across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, validating site performance, and promptly addressing trouble tickets, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all assigned sites according to the provided checklist and industry‑approved standards.
- Validate site conditions each month, achieving a 100% compliance rate for sites that are under supervision.
- Respond to and resolve trouble tickets quickly, documenting actions taken and communicating status updates to the operations manager.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical, mechanical, and structural components, reporting any deviations or potential hazards.
- Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and contractors to schedule repairs, upgrades, or replacements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to height‑working regulations.
- Participate in after‑action reviews and continuous‑improvement meetings to refine maintenance processes.
- Provide on‑site training and mentorship to junior technicians and new hires.
- Support emergency response efforts, including power outages or equipment failures, by mobilizing resources swiftly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on maintenance or field service experience, preferably in electrical or telecom infrastructure.
- Driving Ability: Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) and ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Immediate start and willingness to be deployed to designated work areas.
- Core Skills: Basic electrical troubleshooting, familiarity with preventive maintenance software, strong problem‑solving abilities, and good communication skills.
- Soft Skills: High level of reliability, attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
