Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Manajer Pengelolaan Sistem TMS to join our logistics operations team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact (PIC) between customers, warehouse staff, and internal leadership, ensuring that outbound shipments are prioritized, tracked, and reported with precision. This role operates on a Tuesday‑to‑Saturday schedule and requires a blend of technical, linguistic, and leadership skills to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage Outbound Priority Management by evaluating shipment urgency, allocating resources, and adjusting loading sequences to meet customer expectations.
- Provide rapid response coordination among customers, PICs, and warehouse teams, ensuring any issues are resolved within minutes.
- Track delivery status in real‑time, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS) data integrity, updating shipment records, carrier information, and routing details.
- Collaborate with the logistics planning department to forecast capacity needs and align workforce scheduling.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as the liaison for Korean‑speaking partners, translating operational instructions and ensuring clear communication.
- Support the leadership team by following directives, preparing daily status briefings, and escalating critical incidents promptly.
- Assist in training new staff on TMS usage, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Korean language, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling high‑pressure situations.
- Demonstrated diligence, reliability, and the ability to follow leadership instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and outbound shipping processes.
