Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Credit Marketing Officer to join the dynamic team at Dana Syariah Bone. As a leading Islamic financial institution, Dana Syariah Bone provides Sharia‑compliant financing solutions to individuals and small‑medium enterprises across the region. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between prospective borrowers and our credit products, ensuring compliance with Islamic banking principles while delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will operate primarily in the Bone area, conducting field visits, gathering documentation, and promoting our credit offerings. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to prospective customers to verify application data and clearly explain borrowers’ rights and obligations under Sharia‑compliant financing agreements.
- Collect all required documentation from customers, ensuring completeness and adherence to the bank’s credit procedures.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and submit them promptly to the Head Surveyor for review and action.
- Provide timely reminders to borrowers regarding installment payments, helping to maintain a low delinquency rate.
- Execute promotional activities including marketing campaigns, direct selling, and community outreach to generate new leads.
- Monitor the flow of credit documents to guarantee that all steps comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles and tracking the status of each application.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and collections teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit, sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C license (candidates may be considered if they can meet this requirement shortly after hiring).
- Clean SLIK (Kredit) record – Kol 1 rating required, with no history of defaults.
- Ability to provide a guarantor residing in the same placement area (parents, siblings, or in‑laws as applicable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse customer groups.
- Analytical mindset for assessing creditworthiness and identifying sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer‑service tools, basic computer applications, and familiarity with Islamic banking concepts.
