Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telesales agents to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as call volume, lead generation, conversion rates, and average handling time, providing real‑time feedback.
- Design and deliver coaching sessions that sharpen agents’ sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and communication skills.
- Ensure every team member articulates product features, promotional offers, and voucher benefits clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Assist agents in navigating complex customer objections, offering tailored solutions that align with company policies.
- Guide new customers through their first purchase, guaranteeing a positive onboarding experience that encourages repeat business.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system and enforce data‑quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports, analyze trends, and propose strategic adjustments to improve telesales efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outbound scripts with current campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum high school/SMK qualification accepted).
- 3 + years of experience in telesales, with at least 1‑3 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of managing and developing a diverse sales team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Indonesian is also required.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling techniques, with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and a solid understanding of cold‑calling best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Problem‑solving orientation and resilience in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Willingness to work from our Yogyakarta office (09:00‑17:00, Monday‑Friday).
