Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan Korporat to lead our corporate sales initiatives and drive growth across key accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will coordinate sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and represent the company in regional and national business trips.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales plans aligned with the company’s revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close high‑value contracts with corporate clients, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by prospecting new accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor activities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven team environment.
- Travel to out‑of‑city and provincial locations for client meetings, trade shows, and training sessions, using a personal vehicle and valid driving license (SIM C/A).
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, contracts, and follow‑up actions using CRM tools.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, company policies, and legal regulations throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D4/D3/S1 degrees are considered a strong advantage.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
- No strict age limit; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0 years of relevant experience; prior experience in marketing or sales support (especially in medical equipment) is highly preferred.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C/A with willingness to travel regularly.
- Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills (cost and price analysis).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday, with half‑day duties on Saturdays (08:00–16:00).
