Introduction
We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Motorists to join our rapidly growing distribution team covering the Kudus, Pati, and Blora regions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for sales who are eager to develop their career in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the face of our brand, delivering products directly to retailers and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Responsibilities
- Travel daily across the assigned territories (Kudus, Pati, Blora) on a company‑provided motorcycle to visit existing and potential retail partners.
- Present product catalogs, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders while adhering to company policies and profit margins.
- Collect payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate daily sales reports using our mobile CRM platform.
- Monitor stock levels at each outlet, coordinate replenishment deliveries, and report any inventory issues to the regional manager.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the territory and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Comply with all safety regulations, maintain a valid SIM C, and ensure the company motorcycle is kept in good working condition.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity is valued.
- Strong passion for sales; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and build trust.
- Own a motorcycle and be willing to obtain a valid SIM C if not already held.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight in the field when required.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with mobile apps for order entry and reporting is a plus.
